Online Giving was Simple & Quick, Rennie Duncan
Because I’m not computer ‘literate’, I’d been procrastinating doing my giving on-line. Well, I did it today. To my amazement it was simple and quick.
Like so many others, my income doesn’t quite stretch far enough. Therefore, I know I’ve been guilty of accidentally dipping into the tithing portion of a small payment I’ve received for personal assistant jobs I do.
It’s a blessing to be able to now give on-line because it can be done the day I get paid. There will be no more unintentional stealing from God. I believe the enemy knows when the mark of a stolen tithe is in my possession, and I never want to give the enemy permission to gain entry into my life by being a God-thief.
Another advantage to tithing on-line at the time I get paid is that it provides an opportunity to be a more generous giver; to plant seed while I’m in possession of the money. It’s a time I can joyfully give gifts. Too many times it’s on my heart to be more generous…….but there’s nothing left to give.
Tithing and giving on-line will allow me to always tithe exactly as God wants me to….with gratitude and joy!
